Threshold by HOM is thrilled to announce that we are combining the Southern Arizona and Central/Northern Arizona instances of Padmission to make an easier experience for owners and operators managing properties in multiple counties throughout Arizona.
On Tuesday December 12th, 2023, HOM, Inc. is merging the Southern Arizona (SAZ.Padmission.com) and Central/Northern Arizona (HOM.Padmission.com) Padmission instances. If you have an account in SAZ, it will migrate to the HOM instance along with your properties. You will be able to manage all properties in your portfolio throughout the entire state of Arizona, using your HOM.Padmission.com account.
If you are a current partner in Maricopa County and have properties in other counties, you can add your properties throughout the entire state to Padmission! Contact Padmission@hominc.com for more information or support!
What do I need to do?
We expect a seamless experience for owners and operators in both instances but be sure to change your SAZ bookmark to the new address – HOM.Padmission.com. Access your saved username and passwords on your iPhone, Android, Google Chrome, Safari, or Explorer/Edge to use in the new instance or reset your password here.
