One year ago, we launched Threshold – the first-ever centralized network of resources and support in Maricopa County that brings together property owners and managers, community leaders, and service providers as collaborative partners in solving the homelessness crisis.

We are so proud of what we’ve accomplished in our first year together, and we couldn’t be more excited for what we’ll do next.
After just one year, we have 900+ available properties and nearly 500 property owners and managers in our network, with over 500 of these properties currently in use. Together with our service provider partners, these new units have become home for nearly 1,300 previously unhoused neighbors. Check out our dashboards to get the full picture of our impact.
